OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All Sales of Print or Online Magazine Subscriptions, Back Issues, and Bulk Issues Are Final And Non Refundable.
Hammer & Pen Productions is committed to bringing you quality products. We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are satisfied with each purchase. The descriptions of our products offered on the site are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant the product descriptions or other content of this site as complete, current, or error-free.
Before returning an item, please obtain a return authorization (RA) number by calling 303-814-1090.
Refunds are available as follows for products other than subscriptions, back issues, and bulk orders:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in an unused
condition for a refund or replacement.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be applied against any refund.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refunded and the purchaser is responsible for all costs of returning
item/s.
Items being returned must be:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Accompanied by a receipt, packing list, or other proof of purchase and your RA number.
- In saleable condition.
To return your item(s):
- Pack them in the original tube or box or comparable material. Be sure to include the reason for the return,
the RA number, and what action you would like us to take (replacement or refund), on a separate piece of
paper packed in the box with the item.

Canceling An Order:
- Email or contact us and we will cancel any order that has not already been processed or shipped. Please
include your name and order number. You may reach us during our regular business hours, M-F 9 a.m.
